Emerald cockroach wasp (Ampulex compressa) attacking American cockroach (Periplaneta americana)

Chanced upon this during lunch!

Amazing I never knew there's a wasp that targets the american cockroach!

Author's note: I cannot positively id the wasp but it seems to match.
